Operations review
Four weeks inside the business: where time and money leak, and the five fixes worth making first.
See the serviceOne system, every page.
Every colour, size and component on this page comes from Automatic.css settings and the kit's component classes. Change a setting and the whole kit follows. This page ships with the kit so your client can see the system too.
Primary is the one brand colour and it sits on interactive things only: buttons, links, eyebrows, icons. Accent brass is for star ratings and small highlights. Everything else is ink and paper.
Body text and a button take their colours from the band, not from the component.

What you get
Card title and small headings
Lead text sits under a headline and says the one thing the section is about, in a sentence or two.
Body text is Hanken Grotesk at 18px on desktop and 17px on phones, line height 1.55, for reading at arm's length. Headings are Fraunces at weight 500 with tight tracking. Inline links look like this link to the services page, underlined so nobody has to guess.
Small text for captions, notes under buttons and legal lines. Never lighter than this.
Eyebrow label, the literal section headingThree weights: primary for the one ask on a page, outline for the alternative, text link for everything else. Verb plus noun labels. At least 48px tall. Hover lifts nothing here, it darkens; the pressed and focus states are in ACSS.
Every section starts with this component: the literal heading as an eyebrow, the headline as a paragraph, an optional lead and buttons. Alignment and the band colour are props.
Four ways to work with us.
Each has a fixed scope, a fixed price and an end date.

See the serviceMonthly numbers an owner can read in ten minutes: margin by job, cash twelve weeks out, one page.
See the serviceThe way work moves, written down and put into the tools you already pay for.
See the serviceThe first time I understood my own margins.
We had revenue and no idea which jobs made it. Six weeks later I had one page, every Monday, and I stopped guessing.
They left, and it kept working.
I have hired consultants who wrote a binder. Calloway trained two of my people to run the plan and then got out of the way.
You describe what is stuck. We say whether we can help, and if not, who can.
Scope, price and dates on two pages, within three working days. No hourly meter.
A shared plan, a weekly half-hour, and numbers you can check yourself.
Your people run it. We check in at thirty and ninety days, included.
Most clients have between 20 and 200 people and an owner who is still in the day to day. Smaller than that, a good bookkeeper and one afternoon with us is usually enough.
An operations review is a fixed $18,000. Everything else is priced on two pages after the first call. We do not bill by the hour.
For a review, yes: at least four days with your team. After that most work is remote, with a visit each month.
Images are always in a figure. Cards fix the ratio (4:3), heroes use 3:2, square tiles are square. Corners come from the ACSS auto radius, so the client cannot upload a square-cornered photo by mistake.
Thirty minutes, no pitch.
Tell us what is stuck. We will say whether we can help and what it would cost.
