The way work moves, written down and put into the tools you already pay for.

When a company grows past twenty people, the way things were done by memory stops working. We write down how work should move, cut the steps nobody needs, and set it up in the software you already have. Each procedure fits on a page, because a page gets read.

An operations review is a fixed $18,000. Everything else is priced on two pages after the first call. We do not bill by the hour.

Rarely. Most companies already pay for tools that would do the job if someone set them up properly. We do that first.
Your people run it. We check in at thirty and ninety days at no charge, and you can call any time.
