Calloway is four people who ran operations and finance inside growing companies before advising them. We started the firm in 2014 because the advice we were sold as operators was written for companies ten times our size.
Our story
Small on purpose.
Ruth ran operations at a food manufacturer that grew from 30 people to 180. Idris was its finance lead. The work that mattered was never the strategy deck; it was pricing, the month-end close and who decides what. That is still all we do, for owners who want it done and handed back.
